About WSDM
The Non-Profit progam, 
WSDM Wise Successful Decision Making, was founded in 2007 by Mrs. Sandy Cirillo Barnes, after volunteering/ working as a teen-mom mentor and organizer. The rampant dispair, dissillullisoment, anger and depression amongst the girls, catapulted her into action to create a life skills program for girls before they became another statistic. Over time, we have grown into the successful organization that we are today. We have focused our vision on doing what is best for our middle school girls by providing an excellent example, excellent opportunities, excellent materials.
We know that by providing our students with the necessities they need and deserve, WSDM will continue to strive and grow in our community and beyond.
Unfortunately, we face the same financial challenges that many non-profits battle with day in and day out. The needs of the WSDM girls grow much faster than the funding.
Nevertheless, we at WSDM are also committed to the personal development of our students. By having educated and morally responsible students that are taught to focus on their own goals and aspirations we know we can continue to ensure excellence in our program and services.
